Product Strategy Generation Workshop

Our 2-day Product Strategy Generation workshop steps participants through the process of developing a product or portfolio strategy using a highly proven and easy-to-follow process. This workshop is also available as an action learning program that includes an 8-10 week facilitated work project in which participants are asked to develop actual strategic plans for the products or portfolios that they manage.

STRATEGY REFRESH AND EXECUTION WORKSHOP

Developing your product strategy is only the first step of the strategic process. Equally, if not more important is to execute your strategy and refresh it at some regular interval based on what is actually taking place in the marketplace. Our Strategy Refresh and Execution workshop is designed to guide product managers through this critical part of the strategic process. This workshop is delivered over 2 days and in two distinct parts: During the first day, participants are asked to prepare 20-minute presentations of their existing strategies for review, critique, and analysis of performance against existing strategic objectives. On Day 2, participants are provided with tools and techniques to refresh their existing strategies and develop clear action plans for future execution and tracking against their overall strategic objectives.

MANAGING IN-MARKET PRODUCTS WORKSHOP

Our 2-day Managing In-Market Products workshop provides participants with all the tools they need to most effectively manage their existing product portfolios. This workshop takes participants from product launch, all the way through managing each of the four marketing mix elements of product, price, promotion, and place. During the workshop, participants will learn how to map their products on a post-launch life cycle curve and develop dynamic marketing plans that will allow their companies to control their product life cycles, rather than letting their product life cycles control them.
