Our 2-day Customer Insights workshop addresses the critical process of understanding the market and industry dynamics that are happening outside your company and that should ultimately serve to drive your product business. Topics include market segmentation, voice of customer, developing customer experience maps, and using archetypes to help define your brand. This workshop is part of our project workshop series and includes an 8-10 week facilitated work project in which participants are asked to develop customer experience maps for the products and portfolios that they manage.

Product Strategy Workshop

Our 2-day Product Strategy workshop steps participants through the process of developing a product or portfolio strategy using a highly proven and easy-to-follow process. This is part of our project workshop series and includes an 8-10 week facilitated work project in which participants are asked to develop actual strategic plans for the products or portfolios that they manage.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

Our 2-day Portfolio Management workshop provides participants with all the tools they need to manage their existing in-market product portfolios. During the workshop, participants will learn how to map their products on a post-launch portfolio lifecycle curve and develop dynamic marketing mix action plans and roadmaps for the four critical areas of product, price, promotion, and place. This workshop is part of our project workshop series and includes an 8-10 week facilitated work project in which participants are asked to develop portfolio life cycle maps and corresponding marketing mix plans for the products and portfolios that they manage.
