- Who We Are
This live, virtual workshop is designed to bring cross-functional teams together to collaborate on one or more product investment opportunities.
Our live, virtual-led Business Case Workshop is an outcome-driven action-learning workshop designed to help designated product teams collaborate in the creation of a business case for their product or product line. Think of it as a mini Board of Directors working together to consider the myriad dimensions and complexities of these product investment possibilities.
Each workshop is made up of 3 or 4 business case teams. Once in the program, the workshop cadence mirrors the business case process as teams work through each section, present to one another, and facilitate the progress toward the completion of an actual business case.
The program consists of 4 to 6 comprehensive live, virtual workshop sessions scheduled and spaced appropriately. This workshop also offers an optional 6-8 week work project in which participants are asked to develop their complete business case. The work projects are individually guided by one of our expert facilitators via online coaching sessions, and the program culminates in an onsite report-out of the completed presentations.
This product team-oriented workshop uses our best-in-class business case integration model that provides a consistent, repeatable platform for product business cases across the firm.
For a live structured and guided experience, Sequent’s virtual live programs provide an optimal blend of information, facilitated team exercises, and robust discussions.
Designed for up to four small teams, these programs are delivered by our subject-matter experts who have been skillfully trained to facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops. Our bespoke learning programs can be scheduled across five or six sessions, appropriately spaced, and scheduled to accommodate your team. For many firms, inter-session homework builds deep bench strength and unified cross-functional teams. All of Sequent’s onsite workshops are available for virtual delivery.
