As the BKU COO, Deb takes an enterprise-wide view of all the administrative responsibilities necessary to effectively deliver the university’s products and services. As such she manages all global BKU operations and systems, such as communications, metrics and measurement, facilities and vendor relationships, with the goal of providing the infrastructure that enables delivery of a world-class corporate university.
Prior to her current role, Deb served as the Global Head of Product Management for BNY Mellon’s $1.6 billion Corporate Trust business. In that role, she managed the team responsible for the development and implementation of new product and service offerings, and also managed the existing Corporate Trust product portfolio to enhance the business’ market position and optimize strategic opportunities.
In her 20 year career with BNY Mellon, Deb has also served as Global Head of Program Execution for Corporate Trust, Head of Vendor Management for the company’s European Transfer Agency division and other assignments including P&L responsibility for the company’s Swindon location. In addition she served in the Strategic Business Development team working to forward the company’s strategy of ‘buy, build or align’ across continental Europe.
