Our Product Strategy and Roadmapping workshop is an outcome-driven action-learning workshop designed to help designated product teams produce a strategic plan for their product or product line.
It is intended to embed a repeatable strategic planning process in which designated product teams tackle each business building block – from the evaluation of customers, markets, and financial results, to the determination of a product vision and ultimately, future path and roadmap, paved with initiatives that can be implemented and monitored. Your teams benefit from our expert facilitation of the teams so they can steer the product’s business, and modify goals with an agile mindset, keep the business of the product moving at the speed of the market.
The program consists of a two-day comprehensive workshop and a 6-8 week work project in which participants are asked to develop strategic presentations for the actual products that they manage. Each team is expertly facilitated by our subject matter experts via online coaching sessions, and the program culminates in an onsite report-out of the completed product strategy presentations.
Optionally: this program is also available as a small team coaching workshop, over the course of one-day, two-days, or a multi-week program.
