Author, speaker, and innovator, Melissa Borza knows how to drive global products from concept to market – defining new categories, sustaining legacy products, and taking market share from established leaders.
Melissa recently joined Sequent Learning as VP and Subject Matter Expert in product management, strategy, and segmentation. In past roles, Melissa served in product and portfolio leadership roles for software giant CA Technologies and Netformx. She also taught writing and public speaking classes as a college adjunct. She has delivered conference presentations around the globe on disruptive thinking, leadership, and personal development. In her own consulting practice and now at Sequent Learning, Melissa teaches teams how to tackle operational, strategic, and product management challenges head-on to save money and time in order to achieve success in the marketplace.
Passionate about improving the STEM pipeline and ensuring greater gender diversity in tech and business, Melissa has led workshops on this and other topics. In addition, Melissa recently had her first novel published. “Fashion Figures: How Missy the Mathlete Made the Cut” is aimed at engaging young girls in math, science, tech and design and is available on Amazon.
