Our work begins with a situational discovery session that helps us to gain the organizational context needed so that we can begin our work. These discovery sessions can take place on-site and/or on the phone. We explore your learning and development strategy and explicit learning objectives. These sessions contribute to our preparation of the documentation leading to the creation of the optimal program.

However, sometimes it's not as easy as merely explaining the situation. Furthermore, there may not be enough experiential data about the targeted employee population. In this case, we recommend our experiential competency assessment be carried out. With this data, we work with key organizational stakeholders to craft the most appropriate curriculum strategy.
